ABOUT THE PHOTO IN THE UPPER LEFT OF EACH PAGE - that's a picture of my daughter in the blizzard of January, 2005 in Boston. My wife and I had just made the decision we were going to move to California over Christmas (since I hate winter!). On the day of that storm we were in our hotel room at the Four Seasons Aviara Resort in Carlsbad, waiting for word on the offer we had made on our current house - what irony!! Can you blame me for making this decision?? WHY ME? So what value do I bring to YOUR buying or selling transaction, and how will YOU benefit? Isn't that what it's all about? You, the client! I have bought and sold 12 properties personally, and have also relocated a significant distance 4 times (most recently to Carlsbad here in Southern California - I am one of the Fans of Coastal San Diego!), so I am well aware of the issues and emotional impact of buying and selling as a consumer. And I know the legal and practical aspects as a real estate professional (however, I can't, and won't, give you legal advice but can refer you to an attorney if necessary). After 15 years in the business world in corporate human resources, I decided to pursue my love of real estate, and apply the many business skills and knowledge I have acquired to helping others achieve their real estate dreams!
