Jeff Dowler is The Relocation Dude. My husband & I have had a working relationship with Jeff for several years. It started when we were still “enjoying” quirky New England weather & just dreaming about relocating to SoCal to be closer to our daughter. We weren’t what you’d call “serious” buyers at the time. On one January visit to San Diego to see our daughter, we met Jeff in person in North County.
