Carlsbad is located about 35 miles north of San Diego, on the coast, and is a popular residential and vacation area with a wonderful year-round outdoor lifestyle. Carlsbad Village is busy and charming, with abundant shopping, dining and things to do PLUS the beaches. You can read more about the Carlsbad lifestyle on my At Home In Carlsbad blog.
As a Carlsbad resident for almost 15 years I know a lot about living here, and will be happy to share. Just give me a call or send a text at (760) 840-1360; I'm pleased to answer any questions you have.

Cardiff by the Sea, also known just as Cardiff, is a cool seaside town with a long surfing history just south of Encinitas.
